1. Basis of Agreement

1.1 These terms apply to all services we provide. No other terms apply unless agreed in writing and signed by us.
1.2 A booking is confirmed when we accept your request (verbally, by email, or via our booking system).

2. Prices and Payment

2.1 Prices for sessions are as set out on our website or confirmed at the time of booking.
2.2 Payment must be made before or at the time of your session, unless otherwise agreed.
2.3 Prices may change from time to time, but any change will not affect a booking already confirmed.

3. Late Payment

3.1 If payment is not received when due, we may suspend future bookings until payment is made.
3.2 We may add reasonable interest or suspend future sessions until payment is received.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
4.2 Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, with possible discretion due to illness, emergency, or other circumstances beyond your control.
4.3 We may cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a refund or alternative appointment.

5. Delivery of Services

5.1 Sessions are delivered at our premises, online, or another agreed location.
5.2 We aim to provide services with reasonable care and skill.
5.3 Any timescales given (e.g. appointment times) are estimates and may vary.

6. Liability

6.1 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be excluded by law.
6.2 Subject to 6.1, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of earnings or opportunities.
6.3 Our total liability to you is limited to the fees paid for the specific session or service.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable or responsible for delays or cancellations outside our control.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Definitions

Services means therapy sessions, workshops, or related services provided by Calstock Therapy Hub.
Client means the person booking or attending a service.
Booking means your request for a service and our confirmation of that request.
