I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist registered with the BACP and a member of UKCP.

Whatever has brought you to seek help and support, it can feel daunting to meet with another and take the first step towards a clearer understanding of yourself and your life experience. It can be helpful to find a space to reflect on the things we are struggling with, allowing time to explore the thoughts, feelings and behaviours they bring up.

I offer a welcoming and non-judgemental space in which you can begin this journey.

My work is relational and grounded in attachment theory. I am particularly interested in the way our formative relationships can shape our lives and our way of being, often in ways that are out of our awareness. I will work with you to develop a strong and secure therapeutic relationship where you feel able to bring whatever requires your attention and explore the things that may be troubling you. Together, we can work towards helping you move forward with greater security and ease.

My approach is highly personalised and the benefits of therapy will vary depending on individual concerns and difficulties, life stage and personal history.
