Crystal Healing Therapies and teaching
Crystal Healing can be a great complement to other healing modalities, including talking therapies and more physical healing modalities like reflexology and physiotherapy.
What to expect: treatments vary in length depending on what is needed. You can expect to be with me for between 1 and 1.5 hours. (I can also offer taster treatments of half an hour by arrangement.) Our first appointment offers you the opportunity to tell me about yourself and what you’re seeking from your healing journey. Beyond this, your relaxation is at the heart of each treatment, which begins with gentle breaths, releasing tension to enable you to best benefit from your healing. You will remain fully clothed, lying down (unless you are physically unable) in full relaxation whilst I work with your energy and the crystals to bring you towards balance.
